ATHLETIC EQUATION
Established in 2005, Athletic Equation, Incorporated’s (AEI) primary goal has been to improve a client’s fitness, health, and well being while enhancing their overall quality of life. Schooled in the latest fitness and coaching principles, we offer both personal and small group customized training plans to achieve your fitness goals. Through the AE Mini Ultra Trail Series, we continue to bring both new and experienced trail runners together for the East Coast’s first “Time Based Trail Series,” where you choose your distance while managing your time. AEI continues to host premium road races trail running events while bringing awareness to State and National parks within Virginia. To date we have participated and managed over 50 events in the greater DC Metro Area.
AEI brings the same dedication and professionalism to race event management that our clients have come to know and love through our trail events. We leverage our experience and personal backgrounds in military logistics and information technology and merge it with our passion for running and the outdoors. This combination brings you the latest capabilities in road race management and philosophy. Our "a la carte" services are designed for us to meet the needs of YOUR race, whether it is a small 5K to a large 1000 person, multi-race format. We work with you to give you exactly what you want and exceed you expectation every time. In addition, we also have the ability to set-up a long term contracts that help stabilize your costs in an uncertain economy!
Our "a la Carte" services are broken down into three sections: Pre-Race Planning and Preparation, Race Day Operations, and Post Race Wrap-Up. The following sections have their services included, but NOT LIMITED to what is identified. We WILL work with you to ensure your race is a success for your runners. In addition, we offer long term (three to five year) contract arrangements. In a uncertain economic time, we will work with you to even out and stabilize your costs for the long term.
