2011 AEI COACHING PROGRAMS

AEI offers coaching programs ranging from one month to a year and beyond.  Along with creating and customized programs for the athlete who is training for a specific event, we also offer one-on-one run coaching sessions and run specific work-outs.  Our goals is to create efficient and effective training programs that can be easily integrated into your lifestyle!

START-UP (Waived with 3 month plus commitment)
